क्रमांक एफ 3-2/2011/1-8. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सचिवालय सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, :-
नियम 14 के उप-नियम (1) में, शब्द ''उतने वर्षाें की सेवा'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''न्यूनतम अनुभव की कालावधि एवं अन्य अर्हता'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

No. F 3-2/2011/1-8. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of the Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Secretariat Service Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :-

In the said rules, :-
In sub-rule (1) of rule 14, for the words "such number of years of the service", the words "minimum experience period and other qualification" shall be substituted.
