क्रमांक 686. - औद्योगिक न्यायालय के शक्तियों एवं कर्तव्यों का प्रयोग नियम, 2008 के नियम 4 के अंतर्गत प्राप्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधोहस्ताक्षकर्ता, औद्योगिक न्यायालय के शक्तियों एवं कर्तव्यों का प्रयोग नियम 2008 के अंतर्गत द्वि-सदस्यीय खण्डपीठ को सौंपे गये समस्त कार्याे के निर्वहन हेतु अधोहस्ताक्षरकर्ता एवं सदस्य न्यायाधीश, औद्योगिक न्यायालय, रायपुर, को शामिल करते हुए एक द्वि-सदस्यीय खण्डपीठ का गठन करते हैं।
इस द्वि-सदस्यीय खंडपीठ की बैठक, प्रत्येक कैलेंडर माह के प्रथम बुधवार को औद्योगिक न्यायालय, रायपुर, में होगी। यदि ऐसे बुधवार को अवकाश हो तो वह बैठक आगामी कार्य दिवस पर होगी। इसी तरह उक्त द्वि-सदस्यीय खण्डपीठ की बैठक प्रत्येक कैलेंडर माह के अंतिम मंगलवार को बिलासपुर में होगी। यदि ऐसे मंगलवार को अवकाश हो तो द्वि-सदस्यीय खंडपीठ की बैठक आगामी कार्य दिवस पर होगी।
No. 686. - In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4 of 'Exercise of powers and functions of Industrial Court Rules, 2008' the undersigned, hereby, constitutes a Division Bench comprising the undersigned and Member Judge, Industrial Court, Raipur, to transact all the business assigned to a Division Bench under the Exercise of powers and functions of Industrial Court Rules, 2008.
This division bench shall have its sitting at Industrial Court, Raipur, on first Wednesday of every calendar month. If such Wednesday happens to be a holiday, such sitting shall be held on the next following working day. Likewise, aforesaid division Bench shall hold its sitting at Bilaspur every last Tuesday of the calendar month. If such Tuesday Happens to be a holiday, the Division Bench shall have its sitting on the next following working day.
