अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 9-1/2012/1/3. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा (संविदा नियुक्ति) नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 9 में, सरल क्रमांक (तीन) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(तीन) विभागीय जांच उपरांत, शास्ति प्रभावशील होने/आपराधिक प्रकरण में न्यायालय द्वारा दण्डित होने पर''
2. नियम 13 के उप-नियम (1) में, अंक तथा शब्द ''18 दिनों'' के स्थान पर, अंक तथा शब्द ''30 दिनों'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

क्रमांक एफ 9-1/2012/1/3. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 03-08-2023 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। Atal Nagar, the 3rd August 2023
NOTIFICATION
No. F 9-1/2012 /1-3. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Civil Sewa (Samvida Niyukti) Niyam, 2012, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. In rule 9, for serial number (3), the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) After the departmental inquiry, the penalty is effective/on being punished by the court in a criminal case."
2. In sub-rule (1) of rule 13, for the figure and word "18 days", the figure and word "30 days" shall be substituted.
