क्र. 39/आर-14/वित्त/वि.आ.प्र/चार/2021.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243झ के खण्ड (1) सहपठित छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य वित्त आयोग अधिनियम, 1994 (क्र. 3 सन्‌ 1994) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. 37/14/वित्त/विआप्र/चार/2021, दिनांक 29 जुलाई, 2021 एवं अधिसूचना क्र. 27/14/वित्त/विआप्र/चार/2021, दिनांक 23 मार्च, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

संशोधन

उक्त अधिसूचना में, -

सरल क्रमांक 4 में, शब्द तथा अंक ''31 जुलाई, 2023'' के स्थान पर, शब्द तथा अंक ''31 अक्टूबर, 2023'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

Atal Nagar, the 28th July 2023 NOTIFICATION No. 39/14/fin/FCC/Four/2021.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 243I of the Constitution of India read with Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Rajya Vitta Ayog Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 3 of 1994), the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in Departmental Notification No. 37/14/fin/FCC/Four/2021, dated 29th July, 2021 and No. 27/14/fin/FCC/Four/ 2021, dated 23rd March, 2022, namely :- AMENDMENT

In the said notification ,-

In serial number 4, for the word and figures " 31st July , 2023", the word and figures "31st October, 2023" shall be substituted.
