क्रमांक 103/सी.एस.ई.आर.सी./2023. - छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विद्युत नियामक आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 19-05-2023 को छत्तीसगढ़ के राजपत्र में अधिसूचित छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विद्युत नियामक आयोग (बहुवर्षीय टैरिफ सिद्धान्तों के अनुरूप टैरिफ के निर्धारण और टैरिफ एवं प्रभारों से अनुमानित राजस्व के अवधारण हेतु अपनायी जाने वाली कार्य प्रणाली एवं प्रक्रिया तथा निबंधन एवं शर्तें) (प्रथम संशोधन) विनियम, 2023 को निम्नानुसार सुधार किया किया जाता है - 1. पृष्ठ क्रमांक 452(4) में, कंडिका 93.1 के उदाहरण में, ''जून'' शब्द को ''जुलाई'' से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है। Raipur, the 5th July 2023
CORRIGENDUM
No. 103/CSERC/2023. - The following Clauses in the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of tariff according to Multi-Year Tariff principles and Methodology and Procedure for determination of Expected revenue from Tariff and Charges) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023 notified in the Gazette of Chhattisgarh on 19-05-2023 shall be corrected as under:
1. At page 452(14), in the last line of Clause 93.1, the words "in (n+2)th month" shall be replaced by the words "for (n+2)th month".
2. At page 452(14),in the Example of Clause 93.1, the word "June" shall be replaced by word "July".
3. At page 452(14), in the Example of Clause 93.1, the word "May" shall replaced by word "June".
4. At page 452(17), in sub-clause (i) of Clause 93.9, in the first line, the words "of the ABR" shall be omitted.
