No. 9792/2903/XXI-B/C.G./23.⸺ In compliance of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh Memo No. 1100/II-15-2/2005(Pt.III)/II-2-101/2001/II-2-16/2001(Pt.III)/I-8-6/2001(Pt.IV) Bilaspur, Dated, the 09th August, 2023 and on recommendation of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdraws the services of the following Members of Lower Judicial Services specified in Column No. (2) of the Schedule below from the High Court of Chhattisgarh and places them under Law and Legislative Affairs Department and appoints them as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority as mentioned in Column No.(3) of the Schedule, from the date they assume charge of the office, namely:-
