ORDER
F. No. 9790/2903/XXI-B/C.G./23.⸺ The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide their Memo No. 1100/II-15-2/2005(Pt.III)/II-2-101/2001/II-2-16/2001(Pt.III)/I-8- 6/2001(Pt.IV) Bilaspur, Dated, the 9th August, 2023, hereby, withdraws the services of Shri Shahabuddin Qureshi, Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.S.C. (POCSO), Baloda-Bazar, from High Court of Chhattisgarh, places him under Law and Legislative Affairs Department on Deputation and appoints him as Additional Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, on deputation from the date he assumes charge of the office.
