एफ. क्र. 10101/2861/21-ब/छ.ग./23. - भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 49) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से एवं ज्ञापन 9844/III-6-4/2003/Checker, Bilaspur, दिनांक 4th August, 2023 के अनुपालन में, एतद्‌द्वारा, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक 1086/431/XXI-B/C.G./2022, दिनांक 07-02-2022 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, अधिसूचना क्रमांक 10159/378/XXI-B/C.G./2013, दिनांक 30-10-2013, में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, -

सरल क्रमांक-4 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान में निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है, अर्थात्‌ :-

F. No. 10101/2861/XXI-B/C.G./23. – In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988), and in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 9844/III-6-4/2003/Checker, Bilaspur, dated 04th August, 2023, the State Government, hereby, in supersession of this Department's Notification no. 1086/431/XXI- B/C.G./2022, dated 07-02-2022, makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 10159/378/XXI- B/C.G./2013, dated 30-10-2013, namely :-

In the said notification,-

For the entries in serial no. 4 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

हस्ता./-(शहाबुद्‌दीन कुरैशी) अतिरिक्त सचिव.
