No. 9989/Rules/2023.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 227 सहपठित छत्तीसगढ़ व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1958 (क्र. 19 सन् 1958) की धारा 23 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के पूर्व सहमति से, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल न्यायालय नियम, 1961 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
अध्याय 9 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अध्याय अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''अध्याय-9(क)
फास्टर (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक अभिलेख का त्वरित तथा सुरक्षित प्रसारण) प्रणाली
183क. भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय और किसी अन्य अपीलीय न्यायालय द्वारा पारित निर्णय/अंतिम आदेश/अंतरिम आदेश/किन्हीं अन्य न्यायिक कार्यवाहियों में पारित पुनरीक्षण आदेश की प्रत्येक ई-प्रमाणित प्रति, जो फास्टर प्रणाली द्वारा अधीनस्थ न्यायालय/विचारण न्यायालय को अनुपालन/निष्पादन के लिए प्राप्त होगी, उनका वही प्रभाव होगा, जो कि निर्णय/आदेश की मूल प्रतियों का होता है।''

No. 9989/Rules/2023.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Courts Act, 1958 (No. 19 of 1958), and with pervious approval of the Governor of Chhattisgarh, High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Civil Court Rules, 1961, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After Chapter 9, the following Chapter shall be inserted, namely:-
"Chapter-9(A)
Faster (Fast and Secure Transmission of Electronic Records) System
183A. Every e-authenticated copy of Judgment/final order/interim order/revision order passed in any other judicial proceedings by the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Chhattisgarh and any other Appellate Court received by Subordinate Court/Trial Court for compliance/execution by FASTER system will have the same effect as they were the original copies of the judgment/order."
