अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-10/2020/18.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगर पालिक निगम अधिनियम 1956 (क्र.23 सन् 1956) की धारा 133-क की उप-धारा (1)के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य शासन निम्नानुसार अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थातः-
1. छाीसगढ़ नगर पालिक निगम अधिनियम 1956 (क्र. 23 सन् 1956) की धारा 133-क की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन, किसी नगर पालिक निगम की सीमाओं के भीतर स्थित स्थावर संपत्ति के अंतरण पर देय एक प्रतिशत स्टाम्प शुल्क को अंतरण के ऐसे प्रकरणों में जो शासकीय भूमि आबंटन/अतिक्रमित भूमि का व्यवस्थापन तथा गैर-रियायती/रियायती स्थाई पट्टों को भूमिस्वामी अधिकार में परिवर्तन करने से संबंधित हों, पूर्णतः माफ किया जाता है।
2. उपरोक्त माफी इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से प्रभावशील होगा और वित्तीय वर्ष दिनांक 31 मार्च 2024 तक प्रभावशील रहेगा।

No. F. 5-10/2020/18.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Proviso to sub-section (1) in Section 133-A of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No.23 of 1956), the State Government hereby notifies as follows, namely:
1. Stamp Duty of one percent payable on transfer of immovable property situated within the limits of any Municipality, under sub-section (1) in Section 133-A of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No.23 of 1956), is hereby waived in full in respect of transfer cases relating to allotment/settlement of government land under encroachment and conversion of non-concessional/ concessional permanent lease into bhumiswami rights.
2. The above waiver shall come into effect from the date of this Notification, and shall be applicable till the financial year Dated 31st day of March 2024.
