क्रमांक एफ 11-8/2023/7-1.⸺ ''ऐसी दखलरहित भूमि के, जो छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 की धारा 237 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) में वर्णित प्रयोजनों के लिए पृथक् रखी गई हो, आबादी में या कृषिक प्रयोजनार्थ व्यपवर्तन के नियम'' में और संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 258 सहपठित धारा 237 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त संहिता की धारा 258 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए, एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 15 दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जायेगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, मंत्रालय, कक्ष क्रमांक एस 2-3, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर के कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगाः-

उक्त नियमों में,
जहां कहीं भी शब्द ''पांच प्रतिशत'' आया हो के स्थान पर, शब्द ''दो प्रतिशत'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है।

NOTICE Land Revenue Code, 1959 into Abadi or for agricultural purposes", which the State Government, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 258 read with Section 237 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), is hereby, published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 258 of the said Code, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette;
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period during office hours in the office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Mantralaya, Room No. S 2-3, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
for the words "five per cent", wherever they occur, the words "two percent" shall be substituted.
