NOTIFICATION
No. 8811/Rules/2023.⸺ The High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Procedure for procurement, replacement and disposal of old and obsolete telecommunications & computing/IT products, electronic items etc. of High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2013, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. In column (4) of serial number (a) of rule 2 of Table, for the word, figure and symbol "Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh)", the words, figure and symbol "Rs. 1,50,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand)" shall be substituted.
2. In column (4) of serial number (a) of rule 2 of Table, for the words, figure and symbol "Rs. 70,000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand)", the words, figure and symbol "Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh)" shall be substituted.
