ORDER
F. No. 10944/3261/XXI-B/C.G./23.⸺ The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide their Memo No. 1327/II-2-2/2007/II-15-2/2005(Pt.III)/II-2-101/2001, Bilaspur, Dated, 07th September, 2023, hereby, withdraws the services of Smt. Shraddha Singh Shrivastava, Civil Judge Class-II, Sakti, from High Court of Chhattisgarh, places her under Law and Legislative Affairs Department on Deputation and appoints her as Deputy Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, on deputation from the date she assumes charge of the office.
