No. 10948/3261/XXI-B/C.G./23.⸺ In compliance of Memo No. 1327/II-2-2/2007/II-15- 2/2005(Pt.III)/II-2-101/2001, Bilaspur, Dated 07th September, 2023, and on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Jaideep Vijay Nimonkar, District and Sessions Judge, Barampur at Ramanujganj from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, appoints him on deputation as Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Jagdalpur from the date he assumes charge of his office.
