अधिसूचना

क्र. एफ 1-1/2013/एक(1).⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) एवं (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन कार्य (आवंटन) नियम में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-

1. शीर्षक ''एक-सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग'' के अंतर्गत, भाग (अ) ''विभाग में प्रतिपादित नीति संबंधी विषय'' के सरल क्रमांक 93 के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्‌ः-

''93 अ. खेलकूद (छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा खेल से संबंधित कार्य).''

2. शीर्षक ''एक-सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग'' के अंतर्गत, भाग (उ) ''ऊपर (ई) के अधीन न आने वाली अन्य संस्थाएं तथा निकाय'' के सरल क्रमांक 2 के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्‌ः-

''3. छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा खेल मण्डल.''

3. शीर्षक ''नौ-खेलकूद एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग'' के अंतर्गत, भाग (अ) ''विभाग में प्रतिपादित नीति संबंधी विषय'' के सरल क्रमांक 21 में, शब्द ''खेलकूद एवं उससे संबंधित समस्त कार्य'' के पश्चात्‌, कोष्ठक एवं शब्द '' (छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा खेल से संबंधित कार्य को छोड़कर).'' जोड़ा जाये।4. शीर्षक ''नौ-खेलकूद एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग ''के अंतर्गत भाग (उ) ''ऊपर (ई) के अधीन न आने वाली अन्य संस्थाएं तथा निकाय'' के सरल क्रमांक 4 का लोप किया जाये। छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, पी.एस. ध्रुव, संयुक्त सचिव. अटल नगर, दिनांक 21 सितम्बर 2023 क्र. एफ 1-1/2013/एक(1).⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2013/एक(1) दिनांक 21-09-2023 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION

No. F 1-1/2013/One(1).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Government Business (Allocation) Rules. namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said rules,-

1. Under the heading "I-GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT", after serial number 93 of Part (A) "Matters of Policy dealt within the Department:" ,the following serial number shall be inserted, namely:-

"93A. Sports (Including work of Chhattisgarh civil Services Sports)."

2. Under the heading "I-GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT" after serial number 2 of Part (E) "Other Institutions and Bodies not covered under (D) above:", the following serial number shall be added, namely:-

"3. The Chhattisgarh Civil Services Sports Board."

3. Under the heading "IX-SPORTS AND YOUTH WELFARE DEPARTMENT" in serial number 21 ofPart (A) "Matters of policy dealt within the Department:", after the words "Staff Welfare including Sports the Bracket and words, "(Excluding work relating to Chhattisgarh Civil Services Sports)" shall be added. 4. Under the heading "IX-SPORTS AND YOUTH WELFARE DEPARTMENT", serial number 4 of Part (E) "Other Institutions and Bodies not covered under (D) above:", shall be omitted.
