अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-6/आठ-परि./2022. - छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 23 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 में निम्नलिखित और संषोधन करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) के परन्तुक द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गए अनुसार, पूर्व में प्रकाषित किया जा चुका है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में,-
द्वितीय अनुसूची के भाग-एक के सरल क्रमांक 6 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

| ''6. | सकल यान भार 12000 किग्रा. से अनधिक के मालयान जिसकी कीमत- (क) रू. 2.5 लाख से अनधिक है (ख) रू. 2.5 लाख से अधिक है परन्तु इस संषोधन में अंतर्विष्ट कोई भी बात, उस मोटरयान पर लागू नहीं होगी, जो इस संषोधन के प्रवृत्त होने की तारीख से पहले पंजीकृत हो। | य ान की कीमत का 12% यान की कीमत का 10%'' |
NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-6/VIII-Trans./2022. – In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991, the same having been previously published as required by proviso of sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the said Adhiniyam, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said Adhiniyam,-
For serial number 6 of Part-I of the Second Schedule, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

Gross Vehicle weight, the cost of which (a) Does not exceed Rs. 2.5 lacs (b) Exceeds Rs. 2.5 lacs Provided that nothing contained in this amendment shall apply to a Motor vehicle which is registered before the date on which this amendment comes into force. | 1 2% of the cost of the Vehicle. 10% of the cost of vehicle." |
