क्रमांक 3170/4017/22-1/2022. - छत्तीसगढ़ पंचायत राज अधिनियम, 1993 (क्र. 1 सन् 1994) की धारा 95 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 117 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ जनपद पंचायत सदस्य (यात्रा भत्ता तथा अन्य भत्ते) नियम, 1995 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 6 के उप-नियम (1) में, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-
''परन्तु अध्यक्ष को वाहन उपलब्ध नहीं कराये जाने के स्थिति में, पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों के अधीन शासकीय प्रयोजन हेतु की गई यात्रा के लिये, निर्धारित मासिक दर की सीमा में किराये पर वाहन की व्यवस्था की जाएगी, जिसका भुगतान, की गई वास्तविक यात्रा के आधार पर किया जाएगा।'' Atal Nagar, the 3rd October 2023
NOTIFICATION
No. 3170/4017/22-1/2022. –In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 95 read with Section 117 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No.1 of 1994), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Janpad Panchayat Members (Travelling and other allowances) Rules, 1995, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In sub-rule (1) of rule 6, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided that in case the vehicle is not provided to the President, for the travel made for official purposes under the instructions issued from time to time, by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, a vehicle will be arranged on hire within the prescribed monthly rate which will be paid on the basis of the actual travel performed."
