मै, विश्वभूषण हरिचंदन, छत्तीसगढ़ का राज्यपाल, मानव अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम 1993 (1994 का 10) की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा मुझ में निहित की गई शक्ति के आधार पर एतद्द्वारा श्री गिरधारी नायक (सेवानिवृत्त भा. पु. से.) को उस तारीख से छत्तीसगढ़ मानव अधिकार आयोग का सदस्य पुनर्नियुक्त करता हॅू जिस तारीख को वह अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करते हैं।
भारत गणराज्य के 74वें वर्ष में, आज सन् दो हजार तेईस ईसवी के सितंबर मास के 27वें दिन, राजभवन, रायपुर से जारी।

By virtue of the power vested in me by sub section (1) of Section 22 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (No. 10 of 1994), I, Biswabhusan Harichandan, Governor of Chhattisgarh do hereby re-appoint Shri Girdhari Nayak (Retd. IPS) to be a member of the Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
Given at Raj Bhawan, Raipur on this 27th Day of September in the year two thousand twenty-three in the 74th year of the Republic of India.
