एफ क्र.652/2019-04-00537/वित्त/नियम/चार.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शाक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ वेतन पुनरीक्षण नियम, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
अनुसूची-एक में, वेतन बैण्ड 37400-67000 के ग्रेड वेतन 8700 के लेवल 15 से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
