अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-7/आठ-परि./2021.⸺ मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 ( क्रमांक 59 सन् 1988 ) की धारा 67 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-7/आठ-परि./2021, दिनांक 30 सितम्बर 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
निर्देश की अनुसूची के सरल क्रमांक (3) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(3क) मुख्यमंत्री सुगम महाविद्यालय योजना के अंतर्गत, शासकीय महाविद्यालयों के संचालन के प्रत्येक दिवसों में एक बार, निवास स्थान से महाविद्यालय जाने एवं निवास स्थान में वापस आने के लिए, दोनों स्थानों के निकटतम बस स्थानक से एक फेरे में अधिकतम 50 कि.मी. दूरी की यात्रा हेतु छत्तीसगढ़ के क्षेत्रीय परिवहन प्राधिकार एवं राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकार द्वारा जारी अनुज्ञापत्र से आच्छादित एवं छत्तीसगढ़ में पंजीकृत साधारण श्रेणी की बसों में, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित निःशुल्क यात्रा-पास प्रस्तुत किये जाने पर, महाविद्यालय के नियमित छात्रों को, निःशुल्क यात्रा की पात्रता होगी तथा बस किराये का 50 प्रतिशत, संबंधित यान का अनुज्ञापत्र धारक द्वारा, तथा 50 प्रतिशत छत्तीसगढ शासन, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा ।'' Atal Nagar, the 6th October 2023
NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-7/VIII-Trans./2021.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. F. 5-7/VIII-Trans./2021, dated 30th September, 2021, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification,-
After serial number (3) of Schedule of the direction, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"(3 A) Under the Mukhya Mantri Sugam Mahavidhalaya Yojana, once during the every operating days of Government Colleges, a maximum distance of 50 k.m. in one trip from the nearest bus stand of both the places to go from the residence to the college and then back to the residence, on presenting the free travel-pass prescribed by the Higher Education Department, in ordinary bus services are registered in Chhattisgarh and covered by the permit issued by the Regional Transport Authority and State Transport Authority of Chhattisgarh, for the journey of Chhattisgarh, the regular students of the college will be eligible for free travel and 50 percent of the bus fare will be borne by the concerned vehicle permit holder and 50 percent by the Government of Chhattisgarh, Higher Education Department."
This notification will be effective with retrospective effect from the date of 5th October, 2023.
