क्रमांक 1041/एफ 08-49/35/2023. - माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा दिनांक 19-03-2023 को बलवीर सिंह जुनेजा स्टेडियम, रायपुर में की गई घोषणा के अनुपालन में राज्य़ शासन एतद द्वारा "छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य भेड़ एवं ऊन विकास बोर्ड" का गठन करता है-
1. बोर्ड का मुख्यालयः-
बोर्ड का मुख्यालय,रायपुर में होगा।
2. बोर्ड के उद्देश्यः-
बोर्ड के उद्देश्य, भेड़पालन से उत्पादित विभिन्न प्रकार के उत्पादों, जैसे मांस, चमड़ा, खाद, ऊन एवं ऊनी उत्पाद को बढ़ावा देना तथा उसकी गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाना और भेड़ पालकों की विभिन्न समस्याओं का निराकरण करना। 3. बोर्ड का गठन
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य भेड़ एवं ऊन विकास बोर्ड के निम्नानुसार (पदेन व अशासकीय) सदस्य होगे-
1 संचालक, पशुधन विकास विभाग, छत्तीसगढ
पदेन अघ्यक्ष 2 संचालक,अनुसंधान,छ.ग. कामधेनु विश्वविद्यालय अजोरा दुर्ग या उसका प्रतिनिधि, जो पदेन सदस्य प्राध्यापक या मुख्य वैज्ञानिक, से अनिम्न श्रेणी का हो,
पदेन सदस्य 3 संचालक,भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केन्दीय भेड़ एवं ऊन अनुसंधान संस्थान अविकानग,राजस्थान या उसका सदस्य प्रतिनधि जो प्राध्यापक या मुख्य वैज्ञानिक से अनिम्न श्रेणी का हो,
4 संयुक्त संचालक (वित्त), पशु चिकित्सा सेवाये छत्तीसगढ पदेन सदस्य 5 एक पशु चिकित्सक जो भेडपालन व एवं उन उत्पादन में अनुभवी हो, जो राज्य
सदस्य सरकार द्वारा नाम निर्दिष्ट किया जाएगा, 4. नियम बनाने की शक्तियाँ - बोर्ड के उददेश्यों की पूर्ति हेतु आवश्यकतानुसार नियम/अधिनियमों के निर्माण हेतु शासन को प्रस्ताव प्रेषित कर सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Letter No 1041/F 8- 49/35/2023.- In compliance of the announcement made by the Honorable Chief Minister on 19-03-2023 at Balveer Singh Juneja Stadium, Raipur Chhattisgarh Government hereby constitutes "Chattisagh State Sheep and wool development Board"
1. Office of the Board :- Office of the Board shall be, at Raipur
2. Objective of the Board:-
Objectives of board is to promote various products of sheep like meet, leather, manure, wool and woollen products and to improve their quality and to address various issuses of sheep rearers.
3. Constitution of the Board:-
The Chhattisgarh State Sheep and wool development Board shall consist of the following (Ex officio and Non- Govt ) members namely:-
1. Director, Animal Husbandry Department - Ex officio Chairman 2. Director, Research C.G.Kamdhanu Unisersity Anjora Durg or its Ex officio Member Representative
3. Director,ICAR- Central Sheep & Wool Research Institute,Avikanagar Ex officio Member Rajasthan or its representative who should not be lower than the Professor or Chief Scientist.
4. Joint Director (Finance), Veterinary Services Chhattisgarh Ex officio Member 5. One veterinary surgeon and experienced in Sheep and Wool Member
Production to be nominated by the State Government.
6. One Veterinary Surgeon who has experienced in Sheep & Wool Member research in Chhattisgarh and nominated by the state Government.
7. One Veterinarian of Veterinary Services Chhattisgarh who should Registrar not be below the rank of Deputy Director and nominated by the State government.
4. Powers to make rules -
The Board will be able to send proposals to the government for making rules/acts as per requirement to achieve its objectives.
