क्र./1699/R-127-04-2020/ब-4/संसा.- यह सामान्य सूचना के लिए अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार, वित्त विभाग के दिनांक सितंबर 03, 2020 के अधिसूचना सं. 616/R-127-04-2020/B-4 के अनुसार जारी 5.09% छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विकास ऋण 2023 का अवशेष बकाया सितंबर 08, 2023 तक और उक्त तारीख को शामिल करते हुए बाकी ब्याज के साथ सितंबर 08, 2023 (सितंबर 09, 2023 को गैर कामकाजी शनिवार होने के कारण) के मूल्य पर भुगतान किया जाएगा। निगोशिएबल इन्स्ट्रुमेंट एक्ट 1881, के अंतर्गत किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा उक्त तारीख को अवकाश घोषित किए जाने पर, उस राज्य में भुगतान करने वाले कार्यालय द्वारा अवकाश के एक दिन पहले ऋण का पुनर्भुगतान किया जाएगा। सितंबर 08, 2023 (सितंबर 09, 2023 को गैर कामकाजी शनिवार होने के कारण ) से ऋण पर कोई ब्याज नहीं लगाया जाएगा।
2. सरकारी सिक्योरिटी विनियमन, 2007 के उप - विनियमन 24 (2) और 24 (3) के अनुसार, मेच्योरिटी का भुगतान अनुषंगी सामान्य लेजर या घटक अनुषंगी सामान्य खाता या स्टॉक प्रमाणपत्र के रूप में रखी गयी सरकारी सिक्योरिटी के पंजी—त धारक को उसके बैंक के संबंधित विवरण लेकर पे आर्डर या इलेक्ट्रोनिक माध्यम के द्वारा निधि - प्राप्ति की सुविधा वाले धारककर्ता के किसी बैंक में किया जाएगा। सिक्योरिटी के संबंध में भुगतान करने के उद्देश्य के लिए, ऐसी सरकारी सिक्योरिटी के मूल सब्सक्राइबर या आगामी धारक, जैसा भी मामला हो, को बैंक या ट्रेजरी या सब - ट्रेजरी या भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के शाखा जहां पर ब्याज के भुगतान हेतु मुखांकित/पंजी—त हो जैसा भी मामला हो, अपने बैंक खाते के संबंधित विवरण के साथ जमा कर देनी चाहिए।
3. हालांकि, बैंक खाते के संबंधित विवरणों/इलेक्ट्रोनिक माध्यम से निधि की पावती के लिए अधिदेश, देय तारीख पर पुनर्भुगतान सुगम करना, 5.09% छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विकास ऋण 2023 के धारककर्ता को 20 दिन अग्रिम में लोक ऋण कार्यालय में अपनी सिक्योरिटी को दे देना चाहिए। सिक्योरिटी को पुनर्भुगतान के लिए प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिए, जो कि निम्नानुसार उसके विपरीत में समुचित से निष्पादित हो- 5. धारककर्ता जो भुगतान के लिए मुखांकित से अलग सिक्योरिटी के भुगतान प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें पंजी—त और बीमा—त पोस्ट द्वारा संबंधित लोक ऋण कार्यालय को समुचित रूप में भेजना चाहिए। लोक ऋण कार्यालय, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में सरकारी ट्रेजरी कार्य आयोजित कराने वाले ट्रेजरी/सब ट्रेजरी या भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की शाखा पर भुगतान योग्य ड्राफ्ट जारी करके भुगतान करेगा।

PRESS COMMUNIQUE
No. 1699/R-127-04-2020/B-4/Reso. – It is notified for general information that the outstanding balance of 5.09% CHHATTISGARH SDL 2023 issued in terms of the Government of Chhattisgarh, Finance Department Notification No. 616/ R-127-04-2020/B-4 dated September 03, 2020 will be repaid at par on September 08, 2023 (September 09, 2023 Being a non working Saturday) with interest due up to and including September 08, 2023. In the event of a holiday being declared on the aforesaid date by any State Government under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, the loan will be repaid by the paying offices in that State on the previous working day. No interest will accrue on the loan from and after September 08, 2023 (September 09, 2023 Being a non working Saturday).
2. As per sub- regulation 24 (2) and 24(3) of Government Securities Regulations, 2007 payment of maturity proceeds to the registered holder of Government Security held in the form of Subsidiary General Ledger or Constituent Subsidiary General Ledger account or Stock Certificate shall be made by a pay order incorporating the relevant particulars of his bank account or by credit to the account of the holder in any bank having facility of receipt of funds through electronic means. For the purpose of making payment in respect of the securities, the original subscriber or the subsequent holders of such a Government Securities, as the case may be, shall submit to the Bank or Treasury and Sub-Treasury or branch of State Bank of India where they are enfaced/registered for payment of interest, as the case may be, the relevant particulars of their bank account.
3. However, in the absence of relevant particulars of bank account/mandate for receipt of funds through electronic means, to facilitate repayment on the due date, holders of 5.09% CHHATTISGARH SDL 2023, should tender their securities at the Public Debt Office, 20 days in advance. The securities should be tendered for repayment, duly discharged on the reverse there of as under :-
"Received the Principal due on the Certificate".
4. It should be particularly noted that at places where the treasury work is done by a branch of the State Bank of India, the securities, if they are in the form of Stock Certificates, should be tendered at the branch of the bank concerned and not at the Treasury or Sub-treasury.
