NOTIFICATION
No. 148 (Mis.)/II-15-19/2023.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, makes the following amendment in Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2017:-
AMENDMENT
In column No. 4 of Serial No. 1 of Class-III of First Schedule, the following words:
"Post shall be filled up by promotion from Examiner (I.L.R.), Stamp Reporter, Translator and Assistant Grade-II of the establishment strictly on merit-cum-seniority basis."
are substituted as under :
"Post shall be filled up by promotion from (Stamp Reporter, Examiner (I.L.R.) and Assistant Grade-II on merit-cum-seniority) and Translator on merit-cum-seniority of the establishment in the ratio of 10:1."
The amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of issuance of notification.
