क्र. 21/चार/मतपत्र/विसनि./2023/4748.― भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, नई-दिल्ली की अधिसूचना संख्या-52/2023/SDR/Vol.l, दिनांक 10-10-2023 छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश की समस्त विधानसभाओं के लिये विधानसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2023 में डाक मतपत्र द्वारा मतदान करने वाले कोविड-19 संदिग्ध या प्रभावित ऐसे व्यक्ति, जो डाक मतपत्र द्वारा मतदान करने के लिये आवेदन करते है और जो संबंधित रिटर्निंग अधिकारी द्वारा उसके अनुरोध के सत्यापन की शर्त के अधीन है, ऐसे व्यक्तियों के वर्ग संबंधी सूचना एतद्द्वारा सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाशित की जाती है।

NOTIFICATION
No. 52/2023/SDR/Vol.I.- In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby specifies that the Covid-19 suspect or affected person, certified by competent authority, who applies for voting by postal ballot paper, and subject to verification of his request by the Returning Officer concerned, would be a class of persons to give his vote by postal ballot in the ongoing general elections to the Legislative Assemblies of Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan &Telangana and bye election in 43-Tapi(ST) Assembly Constituency of Nagaland, to be notified under Section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as per the provisions in Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, as amended vide Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India, Notification SO No. 1964(E), dated 19th June, 2020 read with the directions and guidelines issued by the Election Commission on the subject.
