क्रमांक एफ-4-161/गृह -सी/2023.⸺ लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का सं. 43) की धारा-28क के प्रावधान के अनुसरण में तथा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के आदेश संख्या क्र. 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, दिनांक 24 अक्टूबर, 1994 में अन्तर्विष्ट निर्देशों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा चुनाव, 2023 के संचालन हेतु राज्य शासन द्वारा, पदाभिहीत समस्त पुलिस अधिकारी, ऐसे निर्वाचन की अपेक्षा करने वाली अधिसूचना दिनांक से प्रारंभ होकर एवं ऐसे निर्वाचन के परिणामों के घोषित किये जाने की तारीख को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए, निर्वाचन आयोग में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर माने जायेंगे और तद्नुसार, ऐसे पुलिस अधिकारी, निर्वाचन आयोग के नियंत्रण, अधीक्षण और अनुशासन के अध्यधीन होंगे.

NOTIFICATION
No.F-4-161/Home-c/2023.⸺ In pursuance of the provision of Section 28A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (No. 43 of 1951) and in view of the directions contained in the Election Commission of India's Order No. 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, dated 24th October, 1994, all Police Officers designated by the State Government for the conduct of Chhattisgarh Legislative Elections, 2023 shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commision for the period commencing on and from the date of Notification of calling for such election and ending with the date of declaration of the result of such election and accordingly such Police Officers shall be subject to control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.
