क्रमांक 4313/डी-7-92/जसं/2003 (P.F.)-2.⸺ राज्य शासन, एतद्‌द्वारा बांध सुरक्षा अधिनियम 2021 की कंडिका 14 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य हेतु राज्य बांध सुरक्षा संगठन (State Dam Safety Organisation) (SDSO) का एतद्‌द्वारा गठन करता हैः-

छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, अनुराग पाण्डेय, विशेष सचिव. Atal Nagar, the 6th October 2023

NOTIFICATION

No. 4313/D-7-92/WR/2003 (P.F.)-2.⸺ The State Government, in exercise of the powers conferred in Section 14 of the Dam Safety Act 2021, hereby constitutes the State Dam Safety Organization (SDSO) for the State of Chhattisgarh.
