अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ-4-33/गृह-सी/2013.⸺ यतः राज्य सरकार को सूचनाएं प्राप्त है कि चेतना नाट्य मंच (CNM) संगठन आग्नेय अस्त्रों, विस्फोटकों एवं अन्य उपकरणों के उपयोग को सक्रिय रूप से प्रोत्साहित, विधि प्रशासन में हस्तक्षेप, उनके द्वारा लोक व्यवस्था, शांति में बाधा एवं नागरिकों की सुरक्षा में खतरा उत्पन्न करते हुए एवं विधि द्वारा स्थापित संस्थाओं की अवज्ञा को बढ़ावा देते हुए तथा विधि विरूद्ध गतिविधियों में लिप्त है, जो कि राज्य की सुरक्षा के प्रतिकूल है;
और यतः, चेतना नाट्य मंच (CNM) के संबंध में, राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि ऐसे संगठन को विधि विरूद्ध संगठन घोषित करना आवश्यक है;
अतएव, छत्तीसगढ़ विशेष जन सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2005 (क्र. 14 सन् 2006) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, चेतना नाट्य मंच (CNM) को, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिये, विधि विरूद्ध संगठन घोषित करती है।

क्रमांक एफ-4-33/गृह-सी/2013.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 20-11-2023 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F-4-33/Home-c/2013.⸺ Whereas, the State Government has reports that the organization Chetna Natya Manch (CNM) is indulging into unlawful activity, actively encouraging use of fire arms, explosives and other devices, causing interference with the administration of law, thereby disturbing public order, peace and endangering safety of citizens and facilitating disobedience to institutions established by law, which is prejudicial to the security of the State;
And whereas, having regard to Chetna Natya Manch (CNM), the State Government, is satisfied that it is necessary to declare such organization as unlawful organization;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government, hereby, declares Chetna Natya Manch (CNM) as "unlawful organization" for a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification.
