NOTIFICATION
No.14469 /Rules/2023.⸺In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 225 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendment in the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Government of Chhattisgarh :-
AMENDMENTS
1. In Rule 121, after the word "Computer Data" following shall be inserted :
"except M.Cr.C. under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. and Contempt Case"
2. After Rule 121, following shall be added :
" 121(A) M.Cr.C under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. and Contempt Case shall be filled through e-filling (e-filing portal provided by the e-Committee of Supreme Court) only.
Provided that if the e-filing portal is closed or not available , the said case shall be filed before the Central Filing Counter with the permission of Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court."
