NOTIFICATION
F.No.13895/4104/XXI-B/C.G./23. – The State Government, hereby, in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of the High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 14025/III-10-11/2000, dated 20-10-2023 and No. 15463/III-10-11/2000, dated 28-11-2023, establishes and designates for the purposes of Section 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, exclusive FTSC of Additional District and Sessions Judge for trial of cases under POCSO Act in the following place in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely :-
