NOTIFICATION
F. No.14389/3830/XXI-B/C.G./23. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 14030/III-4-1/2016/Checker, Bilaspur, dated 20th October, 2023, the State Government, hereby, designate the following courts as mentioned in column (3) of Schedule as Commercial Appellate Courts, at zone specified in corresponding entries in column (2), for the area specified in column (4) of the Schedule for hearing appeals against the orders/ judgments passed by commercial court below District Judge Level (Civil Judge Level), namely:-

| Note : In the event of the above-mentioned special court/s lying vacant or in the absence of Presiding Officer, as the case may be, then the urgent applications in all the cases, if any filed, shall be heard by the senior most Additional District Judge available in the District headquarter. |
