क्रमांक एफ 4-17/2016/18.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1961 (क्र. 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 355 सहपठित धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका सेवा (वेतनमान एवं भत्ता) नियम, 1967 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
1. अनुसूची-तीन में, शीर्षक ''(एक) सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग'' के अधीन सरल क्रमांक 6 के कॉलम (4) की प्रविष्टि (2) में, शब्द ''सहायक ग्रेड-तीन'' के पश्चात्, शब्द ''तथा कैशियर'' अंतःस्थापित किया जाये ।
2. अनुसूची-तीन में, शीर्षक ''(एक) सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग'' के अधीन सरल क्रमांक 8 के कॉलम (2) में, शब्द ''सहायक ग्रेड-तीन'' के पश्चात्, शब्द ''तथा कैशियर'' जोड़ा जाये ।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-17/2016/18.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 355 read with Section 95 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Services (Scale of Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1967, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. In Schedule-III, under the Heading "1. General Administration Department", in entry (2) of column (4) of serial number 6, after the words "Assistant Grade-III", the words "and Cashier" shall be inserted.
2. In Schedule-III, under the Heading "1. General Administration Department", in column (2) of serial number 8, after the words "Assistant Grade-III", the words "and Cashier" shall be added.
