NOTIFICATION
No.17067/Rules/2023.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 225 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendment in the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Government of Chhattisgarh :-
AMENDMENTS
1. In Rule 40, after word 'restoration' and before word 'or review' following shall be inserted :-
"(except Miscellaneous Civil Cases)"
2. After sub-rule (4) of Rule 40, following proviso shall be added :-
"Provided that Miscellaneous Civil Cases relating to restoration shall be listed as per Roster."
