क्रमांक 01 एफ 8-41/35/22/2024.⸺ छ.ग. राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद नियम 2005 भाग-2 नियम-तीन (8) के अनुसरण में रिटर्निंग आफिसर द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद रजिस्टर के रोल में शामिल व्यक्तियों से सदस्यों का चुनाव कराने के लिए निम्नलिखित तारीख नियत की गई हैः-
नियम 8- (क) नाम निर्देशन एवं निर्वाचन की तारीख।
1. नाम निर्देशन हेतु तिथि
19.01.2024 से 25.01.2024 (सायं 3 बजे तक)
2. नामांकन पत्रों की जॉच
29.01.2024 (सायं 5 बजे तक)
3. अभ्यर्थिता वापस लेने के लिए अंतिम तारीख 01.02.2024 (सायं 5 बजे तक)
4. मतदान तिथि/डाक से मतपत्र पहॅुचने की अंतिम तिथि 04.03.2024 (सोमवार)
5. मतों की गणना तथा परिणामों की घोषणा तिथि 07.03.2024 (गुरूवार)
(ख) नाम निर्देशन प्राप्त करने एवं परिदत्त स्थान कार्यालय रजिस्ट्रार
छ.ग. राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद चतुर्थतल, नगर निगम चिकित्सालय परिसर, कंकालीपारा, रायपुर (छ.ग.) राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद, चतुर्थ तल, नगर निगम चिकित्सालय परिसर, कंकालीपारा, रायपुर (छ.ग.) को निर्धारित तिथी एवं समय तक प्राप्त हो जाना चाहिए। दिनांक 05.01.2024 को अपरान्ह 3.00 बजे के पश्चात् प्राप्त नामांकन पत्र मान्य नही होगे।

No. 01/F 8-41/35/22/2024.⸺ In pursuance of Chhattisgarh State Veterinary Council Rules 2005 Part-2 Rule-3 (8) the following date is fixed by the Election officer for conducting the election of members from the persons included in the roll of Chhattisgarh State Veterinary Council Register.

Chhattisgarh State Veterinary Council 4th Floor, Municipal Corporation Hospital Complex, Kankali Para, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) To participate in the Chhattisgarh State Veterinary Council elections, eligible candidates can fill their nomination in Form 03 as per the electoral roll list released as on 05.06.2023. The candidate will receive the nomination form from the Registrar, Veterinary Council office and will submit the filled nomination form to the Registrar, Veterinary Council office. Nomination forms sent by post/registered post to the Returning Officer, Office of the Registrar, Chhattisgarh. State Veterinary Council, 4th Floor, Municipal Corporation Hospital Complex, Kankalipara, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) should be received by scheduled date and time. Nomination forms received after 3.00 pm on 25.01.2024 will not be valid.
