ORDER
No. 363/37/XXI-B/CG/2024.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 233 of the Constitution of India , read with sub-rule (1) of rule 8 and clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, on the recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following Civil Judge (Senior Division) as District Judge (Entry Level) in officiating capacity w.e.f 17-07-2019 on notional basis:-

Note:- 1. Shri Ashwani Kumar Chaturvedi shall not be entitled to any monetary benefits from 17-07-2019 till the date he assumes charge of the office.
2. Seniority of the officer shall be fixed by the Hon'ble High Court in accordance with Rule 11 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006.
