अधिसूचना
क्रक्रममाांंकक एएफफ 44--1144//22001177//1188..—— छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम अधिनियम, 1956 (क्र. 23 सन् 1956) की धारा 58 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 433 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम (अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति तथा सेवा के निबंधन एवं शर्तें) नियम, 2018 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 16 में, शब्द ''कर्मचारी'' के पूर्व, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''अधिकारी/'' अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये।
2. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 46 के कॉलम (6) की प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाये।
3. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) मान्यता प्राप्त मंडल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाण पत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी)।'' 4. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 6 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एण्ट्री आपरेटर/ प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाण पत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी)।''
5. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 24 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से योजना (प्लानिंग) में स्नातक उपाधि, जो कि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टाऊन प्लानर इण्डिया की सह-सदस्यता हेतु पात्र है अथवा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टाऊन प्लानर इण्डिया की सह-सदस्यता।''
6. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 43 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक जोड़ा जायेे, अर्थात्ः-

क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/18.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/18 दिनांक 06-02-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F- 4-14/2017/18.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 58 read with Section 433 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Appointment and Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2018, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. In rule 16, before the words "employee", the words and symbol "officer/" shall be inserted.
2. The entries in column (6) of serial number 46 of Schedule-II shall be omitted.
3. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 3 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
4. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 6 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5,000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/ Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)." 5. For the entries in column (5) of serial number 24 of Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Should have graduate in Planning from recognized University which is eligible for the Associated Membership of the Institute of Town Planners India Or Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners India."
6. After serial number 43 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-IV, the following serial number shall be added, namely:-
