छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्यसभा के लिए द्विवार्षिक निर्वाचन
निर्वाचन की सूचना
क्रमांक-विधान/रा.स. निर्वाचन/2024 (1). ― एतद्द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि-
(1) छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्यसभा के एक सदस्य का निर्वाचन होना है।
(2) नामनिर्देशन पत्र रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को या उनकी अनुपस्थिति में सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को अभ्यर्थी या उसके किसी प्रस्थापक द्वारा गुरूवार, दिनांक 15 फरवरी, 2024 से अपश्चात् (लोक अवकाश दिन से भिन्न) किसी दिन 11ः00 बजे पूर्वाह्न से 03ः00 बजे अपराह्न के बीच छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा भवन, रायपुर में परिदत्त किये जा सकेंगे ।
(3) नामनिर्देशन पत्र के प्ररूप पूर्वाेक्त स्थान और समय पर अभिप्राप्त किये जा सकेंगे ।
(4) नामनिर्देशन पत्र संवीक्षा के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा भवन, रायपुर में शुक्रवार, दिनांक 16 फरवरी, 2024 को अपराह्न 2ः00 बजे लिये जाएंगे।
(5) अभ्यर्थिता वापस लेने की सूचना या तो अभ्यर्थी द्वारा या उसके किसी प्रस्थापक द्वारा या उसके निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता द्वारा, जो अभ्यर्थी द्वारा उसे परिदत्त करने के लिए लिखित में प्राधि—त किया गया हो, ऊपर पैरा (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट ऑफिसरों में से किसी को उसके कार्यालय में मंगलवार, दिनांक 20 फरवरी, 2024 को 03ः00 बजे अपराह्न के पूर्व परिदत्त की जा सकेगी ।
(6) निर्वाचन लड़े जाने की दशा में मंगलवार, दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 2024 को पूर्वाह्न 09ः00 बजे से अपराह्न 04ः00 बजे के बीच मतदान होगा।

NOTICE OF ELECTION
No.-vidhan\R.S. Election\2024(1). - Notice is hereby given that-
(1) An election is to be held of one member to the Council of States by the elected members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly;
(2) Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers, to the Returning Officer or in his absence to the Assistant Returning Officer, at Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, Raipur between 11:00 A.M. to 03:00 P.M. on any day (other then public holiday) not later then Thursday, the 15 February, 2024;
(3) Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;
(4) The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, the 16 February, 2024, at Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, Raipur;
(5) Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposer or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 03:00 P.M. on Tuesday, the 20 February, 2024;
(6) In the event of election being contested, the poll will be taken on Tuesday, the 27 February, 2024 between the hours of 09:00 in the morning to 04:00 in the afternoon.

क्रमांक - विधान/रा.स. निर्वाचन/2024 (2).- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा, राज्यसभा में एक स्थान को भरने के लिए, जिनका कार्यकाल दिनांक 02 अप्रैल, 2024 को समाप्त हो रहा है, निर्वाचन के लिए मैं, दिनेश शर्मा, रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर, निर्वाचन आयोग के पूर्वानुमोदन से समिति कक्ष क्रमांक - 2, छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा भवन, रायपुर को ऐसे स्थान के रूप में नियत करता हूँ, जहाँ निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक - 318/रा. स. - मल्टी/2/2024 (1), दिनांक 08 फरवरी, 2024 के अनुसरण में उक्त निर्वाचन के लिए मतदान होगा।

Election\2024 (2). - In pursuance of the provision of sub- section (1) of section 29 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 I, Dinesh Sharma, the Returning Officer for the election by the elected members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly to fill one seat in the Council of States, on the retirement of one member on 02 April, 2024, hereby fix, with the previous approval of the Election Commission the Committee Room No. 2, of Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha, Raipur as the place of poll at which a poll will be taken in pursuance of the Election Commission's Notification No.318/CS-Multi\2\2024(1), Dated 08 February, 2024.
