क्र. 1098/282/21-ब/छ.ग./2024.- दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (क्र. 02 सन् 1974) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुये राज्य शासन, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय से परामर्श उपरांत श्री प्रफुल्ल कुमार भारत, महाधिवक्ता, बिलासपुर को छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में उत्पन्न होने वाले मामलों के संबंध में, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय हेतु उनके द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करता है । No. 1098/282/XXI-B/C.G./2024. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No.2 of 1974) the State Government after consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, is pleased to appoint Shri Prafull Kumar Bharat, Advocate General of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, Public Prosecutor for the High Court of Chhattisgarh in respect of cases arising in the State of Chhattisgarh with effect from the date, he assume charge of his office:-
