NOTIFICATION
F.No.1464/4310/XXI-B/C.G./2024,- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 30B of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (No. 67 of 1957), the State Government, with the concurrence of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 16833/III-6-4/2023(Mines and Minerals Act) Bilaspur, Dated 15th December, 2023, hereby, notifies the Court of Sessions Judge, Surajpur as Special Court for trial of cases filed under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 for Civil District, Surajpur.
