क्रमांक एफ 1-22/2014/32.- छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 (क्र. 23 सन् 1973) की धारा 76-ख की उप-धारा (2) सहपठित धारा 85 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा (अधिकारी तथा कर्मचारी) भर्ती नियम, 2013 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
अनुसूची-चार(क) के सरल क्रमांक 7 एवं 8 के कॉलम (4) में, अंक तथा शब्द ''10 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, क्रमशः अंक तथा शब्द ''8 वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जावे।

No. F 1-22/2014/32 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 76-B read with Section 85 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Development Authority Services (Officers and Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely :-

In Schedule of the said rules,-
In Column (4) of serial number 7 and 8 of Schedule - IV(A), for the figure and word "10 Years", the figure & word "8 Years" shall be substituted, respectively.
