NOTIFICATION
No. 201(Mis.)/II-15-19/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, makes the following amendment in Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2017:-
AMENDMENT
(1) In Column No. 4 of Sl. No. 4 of Class-IV in First Schedule, following are added:-
"OR
If no suitable candidate is available, then the post may be filled by direct recruitment."
(2) In Column No. 5 of Sl. No. 4 of Class-IV in First Schedule, before point No. 1, following are added:-
"For Promotion :-
(3) In Column No. 5 of Sl. No. 4 of Class-IV in First Schedule, after point No. 2, following are added :-
"For direct recruitment :-
Must have passed Class-XII from any recognized Board."
