क्र. 143/एफ 4-404/एस-2/31/अ.वि./ग्राउण्ड वॉटर एक्ट/19.- छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, ''छत्तीसगढ़ भू-जल (प्रबंधन और विनियमन) अधिनियम-2022 (क्रमांक-18 सन् 2022)'' की धारा 1 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तारीख 16 जनवरी, 2024 को ऐसी तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिस दिन से उक्त अधिनियम प्रवृत्त होगा।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

NOTIFICATION
No. 143/F 4-404/S-2/31/O.M./Ground Water Act/19. – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the "Chhattisgarh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2022 (No-18 year 2022)", the Chhattisgarh State Government hereby appoints 16th day of January, 2024, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
