क्रमांक एफ-4-68/गृह-सी/2024.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का सं. 43) की धारा-28क के प्रावधान के अनुसरण में तथा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के परिपत्र क्रमांक 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, दिनांक 24 अक्टूबर, 1994 में दिये गये निर्देशों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुये, लोकसभा चुनाव, 2024 के संचालन हेतु राज्य सरकार द्वारा पदाभिहीत समस्त पुलिस अधिकारी, ऐसे निर्वाचन की अपेक्षा करने वाली अधिसूचना दिनांक से प्रारंभ होकर ऐसे निर्वाचन के परिणामों के घोषित किये जाने की तारीख को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए निर्वाचन आयोग में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर माने जायेंगे और तद्नुसार, ऐसे पुलिस अधिकारी उस अवधि के दौरान निर्वाचन आयोग के नियंत्रण, अधीक्षण और अनुशासन के अधीन होंगे.

क्रमांक एफ-4-68/गृह-सी/2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 19-03-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F-4-68/Home-c/2024.— In pursuance of the provision of Section 28A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951(No. 43 of 1951) and in view of the directions contained in the Election Commission of India's Letter No. 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, dated 24th October, 1994, all Police Officers designated by the State Government for the conduct of Lok Sabha Elections, 2024 shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission for the period commencing from the date of notification calling for such election and ending with the date of declaration of the result of such election and accordingly, such Police Officers shall during the period be subject to the control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.
