ORDER
F. No. 2782/911/XXI-B/C.G./24.— The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 276/II-15-2/2005(Pt.IV), II-2-17/2001 (Pt IV)/ II-2- 2/2007/II-6-2/2015/I-8-6/2001 (Pt.IV)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 12th March, 2024, hereby, withdrawing the services of Smt. Suman Ekka, Judge, Family Court, Baloda-Bazar from the Law and Legislative Affairs department, and handover it to Transport Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for her appointment on deputation as Presiding Officer, Chhattisgarh State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur from the date she assumes charge of her office.
