ORDER

No. 2788/911/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— On recommendation of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Memo No. 276/II-15-2/2005(Pt.IV), II-2-17/2001(Pt IV)/ II-2-2/2007/ II-6-2/2015/ I-8-6/2001(Pt.IV)/Confdl./ 2024, Bilaspur, dated 12th March, 2024, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Ajit Kumar Rajbhanu, I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kunkuri, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and handover it to General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for his appointment on deputation as Legal Advisor, Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur from the date he assumes charge of his office.
