ORDER
F. No. 2790/911/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— On recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 276/II-15-2/2005 (Pt. IV), II-2-17/2001 (Pt IV)/ II-2-2/2007/II-6- 2/2015/I-8-6/2001 (Pt.IV)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 12th March, 2024, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Ashok Kumar Lal, VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, appoints him as Member Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur, on deputation from the date he assumes charge of his office.
