ORDER
F. No. 2792/911/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In compliance of Memo No. No. 276/II-15-2/2005(Pt.IV), II-2- 17/2001 (Pt IV)/ II-2-2/2007/II-6-2/2015/I-8-6/2001 (Pt. IV)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 12th March, 2024 of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Rishi Kumar Burman, I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baloda-Bazar from the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and appoints him as Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Raipur with effect from 01-05-2024.
