ORDER
F. No. 2855/1008/XXI-B/C.G./2024. —In continuation of this Department's Order No. 2790 /911 /XXI-B/C.G./2024 dated 15th March, 2024 and On recommendation of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Ashok Kumar Lal, VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, appoints him as Member Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur, on deputation from the date he assumes charge of his office.
