ORDER
F. No. 2745/957/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988) and in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government in supersession of earlier notification No. 9749/3213/XXI-B/C.G./20, Raipur dated 15-12-2020 hereby, appoints Shri Leeladharsai Yadaw, Member of Higher Judicial Service as Special Judge for Special Court (C.B.I. cases) established with head quarter at Raipur, exclusively for the trial of offences arising under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988), investigated by Delhi Special Police Establishment and Central Bureau of Investigation for the area comprising all the revenue Districts of State of Chhattisgarh.
