क्रमांक एफ 10-18/2024/वा.क.(आब.)/पांच(37).— छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम, 1915 (क्रमांक 2 सन् 1915) की धारा 62 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ड.), (च) एवं (छ) तथा छाीसगढ़ देशी स्पिरिट नियम, 1995 के नियम 3-ख द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा, नीचे दी गई सारिणी के कॉलम नं. (1) वर्णित अनुज्ञप्ति के लिये सारणी के कॉलम नं. (2) में यथादर्शित वार्षिक अनुज्ञप्ति फीस विहित करती है

No. F 10-18/2024/CT(Ex.)/V(37).— In exercise of the powers conferred in clause (e), (f), and (g) of sub-section (2) of section 62 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No.II of 1915) and Rule 3-B of Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules 1995, the State Government hereby prescribes the annual license fees as in column (2) for the license shown in column (1), of the following table:-

क्रमांक एफ 10-18/2024/वा.क.(आब.)/पांच(39).— छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम, 1915 (क्रमांक 2 सन् 1915) की धारा 62 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (घ), (छ) एवं (ज) एवं छाीसगढ़ देशी स्पिरिट नियम, 1995 के नियम 6 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा, सीलबंद बोतलों में देशी मदिरा का विनिर्माण भाण्डागार से भण्डारण-भाण्डागार तक परिवहन के लिये नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट किये गये अनुसार परिवहन फीस दिनांक 01.04.2024 से विहित करती है :-
परिवहन फीस
सीलबंद बोतलों में देशी मदिरा के परिवहन की जाने वाली मात्रा पर विचार किये बिना प्रति अनुज्ञा पत्र रूपये 1500/-, परिवहन फीस निर्धारित की जाती है।

No. F 10-18/2024/CT(Ex.)/V(39) .— In exercise of the powers conferred in clause (d), (g) and (h) of sub-section (2) of section 62 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No.II of 1915) and Clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules, 1995, the State Government hereby prescribes the Transport fees for the transport of Country liquor in sealed bottles from the manufacturing warehouse to the storage warehouse as specified below to be applicable from 01.04.2024 as follows:-
TRANSPORT FEES
The transport fee is fixed at Rs 1500/- per permit, irrespective of the quantity of country liquor being transported in sealed bottles.

2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 01-04-2024 से प्रवृा होगा।

2. This amendment shall be applicable from 1st April 2024.

C.S.1BB in the bottles for specifies bottling fees for licensees as follows:-
