आदेश
क्रमांक एफ 04-03/दो/गृह-सी/2002. — यतः राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में यह आवश्यक तथा समीचीन है कि राज्य में माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल, छत्तीसगढ़ की परीक्षा से संबंधित अत्यावश्यक सेवा में कार्य करने से इंकार किये जाने का प्रतिषेध किया जाये;
अतएव, छत्तीसगढ़ अत्यावश्यक सेवा संधारण तथा विच्छिन्नता निवारण अधिनियम, 1979 (क्र. 10 सन् 1979) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अनुसूची के भाग ''ख'' के सरल क्रमांक 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट ''माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल, छत्तीसगढ़'' की परीक्षा से संबंधित अत्यावश्यक सेवा में कार्यों के लिए नियुक्त किये गये कार्मिक द्वारा, कार्य से इंकार किये जाने का प्रतिषेध करती है, जो तीन मास तक के लिये तत्काल प्रभावी होगा।

No. F 04-03/two/Home-C/2002.— Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary and expendient in the public interest to prohibit refusal to work in the essential service relating to the examination of the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education in the State;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979 (No. 10 of 1979), the State Government, hereby, prohibits refusal to work by Personnel, appointed for the works in essential service relating to the examination of the "Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education" specified in serial number 1 of Part "B" of the Schedule, from immediate effect to till three months.
